What I Ask of the Lord

Give me wisdom.

That I may know Your ways.

That I may better know Your will.

Give me peace.

The peace that comes with loving You.

The peace only You can give.

Give me patience.

The patience to wait for You.

The patience to accept that you know best.

Give me patience Lord.

Give me a greater faith.

The faith that all is in Your hands.

The faith to always walk with You.

Give me a greater faith Lord.

Give me strength.

The strength to follow where You lead.

The strength to reject the evil one.

Give me strength Lord.

Give me love.

A burning love for You.

A love for all Your children.
