Another Day

 

You have given me another day Lord.

Another day to walk this earth.

Will it bring joy and happiness?

Will it bring pain and sorrow?

 

No matter what else it brings,

Let it bring me closer to You.

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit.

Keep me on the right path.

 

At times I feel lost,

And don’t know which way to go.

That is when I need You most.

Guide me I pray.

 

Sometimes I feel alone,

But I know that You are with me.

You are my peace and my comfort.

You give me strength to carry on.

 

As I walk this earth.

Keep me safe I pray.

Never let me lose my way.

In You I trust and You will lead me home.
